Our beliefs are fundamental and evangelical - our sole textbook being the Bible, which is the only infallible and authoritative Word of God. (2Timothy 3:16-17; 2Peter 1:19-21; John 5:39; Matthew 24:35).
We believe there is only one God, the Creator, eternally existing in three persons; God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit (Genesis 1:1; Isaiah 43:10; 2Corinthians 13:14; Matthew 28:19; John 14:16-17).
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, that he is the Son of God. We believe in His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, vicarious and atoning death, bodily resurrection and ascension to the right hand of the Father. (John 1:1-3; Hebrew 1-8; Matthew 1:23; John 14:30; John 2:11; Isaiah 53:4-6; Matthew 28:6; Acts 1:9)
We believe in the second coming of Christ (John 14:1-3; Acts 1:11; 1 Thessalonians 4:15-17).
We believe in the person and work of the Holy Spirit, with His fruit and gifts abiding in the church (1 Corinthians 6:12- 14; 1 Corinthians 1 :7).
We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit for all believers (Acts 1:1-8).
We believe in the spiritually lost condition of men (Genesis 3; John 3:17,18,36).
We believe in the essential need for the new birth by faith in Jesus (John 3:3,16).
We believe in the sacraments of the Lord's Supper, and baptism by immersion in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, for all believers (1 Corinthians 11:23-26; Matthew 26:26-28; Mark 16:16; Matthew 28:19).
We believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a holy life (Galatians 5:16; John 14:16,17).
We believe in divine healing through personal faith in Jesus Christ (Matthew 8:16,17; James 5:14,15; Mark 16:17,18; 1 Peter 2:24).
We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost, the one to everlasting life, and the other to everlasting damnation (John 3:36; John 5:28,29; 2 Thessalonians 1:8,9; Revelation 20: 11-15).
In fact we can humbly say we believe all that the Old and New Testaments teach and we ever seek to live a faithful, fruitful and fervent Christian life.
